Day seven...

Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs, salsa and a slice of bacon



Snack:
Cheese stick



Lunch:
Chicken Salad on a bed of lettuce



Oh yes... I am a cheater today.



I had 1 1/2 pieces of See's candy. It was good and I don't feel guilty :0)

Dinner:
Bun less hamburger-lettuce, onion, pickle, tomato, cheese

Desert:
No desert- I figured that since I had some candy I should skip a desert

  1. Just in case you were wondering if you should keep posting your meals, I am strangely curious about what you eat. Does that sound weird? Anyways, keep it up...as one who has never exhibited enough self control to diet, it is really interesting to read : )
