Day six...

Breakfast:
bacon, green onion, mushroom and tomato omelet

Snack:
Cheese stick

Lunch:
Cesar Salad

We were at the mall and had a sample of some See's candy- mine was sugar free. Dark Chocolate covered almonds... it was so good.


Snack:
handful of nuts and sugar free jello

Dinner:
Grilled chicken on a bed of lettuce w/ avocado-ranch dressing. Not horrible but would have been better if my avocado was not so ripe.

Desert:
Sugar free fudgesicle- these never get old :)

  1. You sound like you are doing so good! I love my carbs, I don't know if I could stick to it like you. I bet its worth it in the end though. Keep up the good work!
