Oh the woes of having tiny buns :) The "dapper snapper" has saved us in this house. It's a little elastic strap with strong snaps in two places that goes through the belt loops. I got it from either a kid to kid or a once upon a child. It's the only way Cooper can wear pants or shorts, I just have to make sure they all have belt loops!
