Sleeping beauties...

Being a mom is hard. Long days, short nights, so much work that essentially goes unnoticed and unappreciated. It easy to lose focus and be frustrated by the monotony of the job.
Even after long days I peek in on my children and watch them sleep. Sleeping angels remind me of why I do my job. It is important.

The world has enough women who are tough; we need women who are tender. There are enough women who are coarse; we need women who are kind. There are enough women who are rude; we need women who are refined. We have enough women of fame and fortune; we need more women of faith. We have enough greed; we need more goodness. We have enough vanity; we need more virtue. We have enough popularity; we need more purity.
MARGARET D. NADAULD

I am striving to be a woman that my children can look up to. I know that what I do is not of value in the world but it certainly has value in my home.

Even sleeping angels are little devils. She took off her jammies and diaper and is all snuggles up under her blanket naked...
